End-User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Service Effective Date: August 21, 2025

Introduction This End-User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Terms”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee” or “User”) and ShalikTheme (“Licensor” or “we”), the developer of the Forms Entries Manager WordPress plugin (the “Software” or “Plugin”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single WordPress website for personal or commercial use. This license grants you the right to use the Software as-is but does not transfer ownership of the Software.

2. Restrictions You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Modify or create derivative works of the Software.
  • Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Software to any third party.
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property The Software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, is and will remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor. This EULA does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the Software.

4. Third-Party Services The Software integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Google Sheets, using their respective APIs. You acknowledge and agree that your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. The Licensor is not responsible for the functionality, data handling, or security of any third-party service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Software or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

9. Governing Law This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. General Provisions The Licensor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Effective Date.” If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
